How is the real return calculated including fees and taxes?

The real return is not simply (sell price - buy price) / buy price. For Korean stocks, a 0.18% securities transaction tax and brokerage commission (typically 0.015–0.25%) are deducted at sale. For US stocks, a 22% capital gains tax on profits over 2.5 million KRW and currency conversion fees must also be considered. This calculator deducts all of these automatically.

How is the break-even point (BEP) calculated?
